IFC Satellite Seminar on “Granular data: new horizons and challenges for central banks” at the ISI WSC 2023. The Irving Fisher Committee on Central Bank Statistics (IFC) will hold a one day Satellite Seminar on “Granular data: new horizons and challenges for central banks” in cooperation with the Bank of Canada.
The seminar will be held on 15 July 2023 in Ottawa, Canada i.e. just before the 64th World Statistics Congress of the International Statistical Institute (ISI WSC 2023) on 16-20 July 2023.
The seminar aims to take an integrated view of the use of granular data by central banks, highlighting the analytical value, the tools and approaches needed to unlock its value as well as the challenges it poses.
