We are delighted to announce the upcoming 26th International Conference on Computational Statistics, scheduled to take place at the University of Giessen, Germany, from August 27 to 30, 2024. During the conference, tutorials will be offered, providing valuable insights for attendees.
Sponsored by the European Regional Section of the IASC, this conference holds special significance as it marks the 50th anniversary of COMPSTAT. The opening ceremony will feature Luzt Edler, who will provide a brief overview of the conference's rich history, reflecting on its journey and contributions over the past five decades.
Noteworthy is the hybrid format of the conference, allowing both in-person and virtual participation. We encourage early registration, and a special reduced rate is being offered to IASC, ISI, and other approved members, courtesy of a grant provided by DFG for the organization of the conference.
