IAOS is seeking nominations for the IAOS Executive Committee to serve for the 2025 – 2027 term. Immediate past President Misha Belkindas is chairing the Nominating Committee, which is responsible for making nominations for the posts of the IAOS President Elect and four elected Executive Committee members for the 2025 -2027 term.
As per the IAOS statutes, the elected Officers shall all be citizens of different countries (or federations of countries) and the Executive Committee shall have balanced representation from different geographic areas and from producers and users of statistics. Note that the IAOS Code of Conduct for the EXCO also specifies that members of the IAOS Executive must be individual members of the Association.
IAOS members are invited to submit nominations (including self-nominations) for the IAOS Executive Committee by 20 December 2024. Submissions should contain the CV and contact details of the proposed candidates and should be sent to [email protected].
