Marcelo Campos

Marcelo Campos is an assistant professor (Pesquisador Adjunto) at the Instituto de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA) and a Junior Research Fellow at Trinity College, University of Cambridge. He earned his PhD in mathematics from IMPA in 2023 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Oxford. Marcelo’s research focuses on combinatorics — especially Ramsey theory, random matrix theory, convex geometry, and probabilistic methods — and he has a strong record of collaborative publications in these areas.

Sofie Arjon Schütte

Sofie Arjon Schütte is the Principal Adviser of the U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Centre. She is a social scientist, leading U4's work on corruption and anti-corruption measures in the justice sector, including anti-corruption agencies and special courts, and since 2024, also the thematic work on evaluation and measurement. 

Salomé Flores Sierra Franzoni

Salomé Flores Sierra Franzoni is the Head of the UNODC Information Centre for researching and analyzing transnational threats based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.  Before that, she was the Coordinator of the Center of Excellence UNODC-INEGI, supporting 28 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean in adopting international standards to improve the quality and availability of crime and drug statistics for evidence-based decision making and SDG reporting.

Carlos Sanchez‑Munoz

Carlos Sanchez‑Munoz is Assistant Director of the IMF’s Statistics Department and Chief of the Balance of Payments Division. His work focuses on strengthening the measurement of cross‑border activity to improve understanding of global financial flows, external vulnerabilities and the role of multinational enterprises in the world economy. At the IMF he led the update of the Balance of Payments Manual and the development of methods that support analysis of globalisation, financial integration and external sector risks.

Aditi Sen

Aditi Sen is a PhD Candidate in Applied Statistics at the Department of Mathematics, University of Maryland College Park. She holds a master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Calcutta. Her research focuses on statistical data integration, empirical Bayes and hierarchical Bayes methods for granular estimation using complex surveys and Bayesian machine learning using neural networks. As a research assistant at the Joint Program in Survey Methodology, she has contributed to the Sampling Methodology Capacity Building Initiative for World Bank employees in Tanzania.

Dr. Stefaan G. Verhulst

Dr. Stefaan G. Verhulst is Co-Founder of the Governance Laboratory (The GovLab), an action research center focused on transforming decision making using advances in science and technology - including data, artificial and collective intelligence. He is also the Co-Founder and Principal Scientific Advisor of The DataTank, based in Brussels, a do-and-think tank that focuses on how to re-use data differently to serve the common good.
