Steve MacFeely

Steve MacFeely is the Chief Statistician and Director of the Statistics and Data Directorate at the OECD. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Economics at University College Cork in Ireland. Before joining the OECD, Steve served as the Director of Data and Analytics at the World Health Organization and as Chief Statistician at UN Trade and Development. Before joining the UN, he was the Deputy Director-General at the Central Statistics Office (CSO) in Ireland.

Jim Tebrake

Jim Tebrake serves as the Deputy Director of the Statistics Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), a role he has held since July 2019. In this capacity, he oversees economic statistical methodologies, directs a wide range of economic statistics programs, leads the development and maintenance of the IMF Data Governance Framework, and manages the G20 Data Gaps Initiative. Jim’s research interests span data governance, enhancing statistical frameworks for financial innovation, the informal economy, globalization, digitalization, well-being, and sustainability.

Rodolphe Blavy

Rodolphe Blavy is a member of the management team of the Statistics Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), where he focuses on macro critical data issues. With nearly 25 years at the Fund, he has built extensive experience across country work, policy design, and institutional strategy.
