Call For Interest: Managing Editor of The Forthcoming ISI Magazine

A very exciting opportunity, as well as a new project for the International Statistical Institute, is coming up!

 We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and committed member of the International Statistical Institute and/or one of its Associations to join our project, ISI Magazine (title to be updated), a digital journal dedicated to showcasing innovations and best practices in the field of statistics on a global scale. The magazine aims to bridge the gap between advanced research and practical applications, fostering an open and inclusive dialogue within the ISI community. In this context, we are looking for the following position:
 

Managing Editor


Responsible for collating contributions from section editors and coordinating with the Editor- in-Chief and Deputy Editor. This role involves assembling the various content pieces into a cohesive final version (pdf) of the magazine, using software tools (such as Microsoft Create available in Microsoft Teams/365) to streamline the composition and review process. The ISI Magazine will be published twice a year. The work of the Managing Editor and all members of the Editorial Board is on a voluntary basis and will not be remunerated by the International Statistical Institute.
 

Interested members should send a CV and a statement about their interest and skills to the ISI President-Elect Fabrizio Ruggeri and the ISI Magazine Editor-in-Chief Manuele Leonelli by 31 May 2025.
