How to submit
Please send your news using this form. This is the News Items/Social Media Submission Form.

Our Newsletter Schedule

We publish two newsletters each month to keep them short and easy to read.

  • All submitted items are included fairly
  • News items are placed in random order (there is no priority or preference)

Important Deadlines

  • Submit by the 10th of the month → your news will most likely appear in the first newsletter.
  • Submit after the 10th → your news will be included in the second newsletter.

To make it easy to remember: the deadline for the first newsletter is always the 10th of the month.
