Recognizing Excellence: Abdel El-Shaarawi Early Investigator Award 2024
The pursuit of excellence in environmental research has always been a cornerstone of The International Environmetrics Society (TIES). In this spirit, TIES proudly presents the prestigious Abdel El-Shaarawi Early Investigator (AEEI) Award for the year 2024. Established by the TIES Board, this award aims to acknowledge and honour early investigators who have demonstrated exceptional contributions to the development of statistical and quantitative approaches in environmental sciences.
Eligibility and Submission
The AEEI Award 2024 is open to researchers who have been TIES members for the years 2023 and 2024. Eligible candidates must have received their Ph.D. within 12 years of the submission deadline, which is set for the 16 February 2024.

- Contribution to TIES (20%): Assessing the nominee's involvement with TIES, including membership duration, participation in conferences or courses, organization of TIES events, and contributions to the board.
