The International Association of Survey Statisticians is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of its members, whose contributions continue to advance the field of statistics worldwide.
On November 28, 2024, IASS member Isabel Molina, Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, Complutense University of Madrid, was elected as a Corresponding Member of the Royal Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences of Spain. This prestigious recognition highlights her remarkable work and dedication to the discipline. Isabel delivered her Designation Lecture in Spanish on March 5, 2025, which can be viewed here.
Another major accomplishment was celebrated at the European Survey Research Association Conference, held in Utrecht, Netherlands, from July 14–18, 2025. IASS member Natalie Shlomo, University of Manchester, received the 2025 ESRA Outstanding Service Award in recognition of her significant contributions to European survey research.
