To be eligible, authors (and co-authors) must:
- Be under the age of 35 on 21 February 2025 and

Papers must be written in English, no longer than 4,000 words, and should not have been previously published or presented in public. A maximum of three co-authors is allowed per paper, with each author eligible to participate in only one submission.
