ISI & Esri Student Competition

ESRI Competition

Launched in 2018, the Spatial Data Competition aims to promote research, encourage spatial thinking, and spark curiosity about statistical spatial analysis, geographic patterns, and geocomputing.

The competition is jointly sponsored by Esri and the International Statistical Institute. It is open to individuals or teams who use spatial data to address real-world questions in innovative and meaningful ways.

Prizes are awarded to the top three entries: first, second, and third place, and the winners are recognized during the biennial ISI World Statistics Congress.

This competition provides a unique opportunity for participants to showcase their skills, gain international recognition, and contribute to the growing field of spatial statistics.
