Registration open for ISC Members Meeting, May 2023

The registration for the ISC 2023 Mid-term Meeting of ISC Members “Capitalizing on Synergies in Science” taking place from 10 – 12 May in Paris is now open. Representatives of ISC Members from all three categories are invited to attend, and we kindly ask that the delegation of each organization comprises two delegates at most. 

Registration
Delegates are invited to register directly by 15 April by completing the registration form at https://council.science/events/2023-members/.

Venue
The venue for the meeting will be the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel in the heart of Paris. We recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible. More information on how to get to the venue and a list of alternative nearby hotels are available at https://council.science/2023-members-venue/.

Bursaries
Delegates are expected and highly encouraged to cover their own costs related to transportation and accommodation, however, the ISC has a limited number of bursaries available for those who depend on financial support in order to participate in the event. Please indicate your need for financial support to attend the meeting in the dedicated section on bursaries of the registration form by 19 February: https://council.science/2023-members-registration/.

Sponsorship
Should your organization be able to sponsor the participation of other delegates with financial constraints, we would be delighted if you could let us know by completing the online form on sponsorship by 28 February: https://council.science/2023-members-sponsorship/.

Visas
Delegates who need a visa are kindly asked to indicate this in the registration form so we can provide you with an invitation letter. We encourage delegates requiring a visa to register early to ensure the visa process starts in good time.
