ISI General Assembly 2026

Dear ISI Member,

We would like to cordially invite you to attend the 2026 ISI General Assembly.

The ISI General Assembly will take place online and is scheduled for Wednesday 1 July 2026 at 14:00 hr. / 2pm CEST. An invitation including the zoom link will be published on the Communities platform and will be sent via email prior to the meeting.

In accordance with item 6.3b of the Statutes, members are invited to propose agenda items. If you have any suggestions for items you would like to add to the agenda, please inform ISI Board Secretary, Nurjahan Parent, by e-mail () no later than  
31 March 2026 12.00 CEST.

The Annual Report 2025 will be shared with you on the Communities platform on 1 June 2026. Members will need to vote on-line to approve the Annual Report in advance of the General Assembly.

Voting will start on 1 June 2026. A personal link will be sent to you by email. You will be able to cast your vote until 24 June 2026. Results of the voting will be published during the General Assembly.
